Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I purchased 2 tickets and traveled over 2 hours for this concert and it was a big hassel and didn't receive anything I paid for also missing 30 minutes of the concert. I feel I was mislead with what I was actually purchasing. I could have purchased cheaper tickets to the same show but I purchased these because I wanted these amenities. I was only compensated $100.00 which isn't even half of 1 ticket.
Sincerely,

Dear Ms. [redacted]   We are in receipt of your recent complaint submitted to the Revdex.com.  As a service oriented company, the satisfaction of our consumers is of our utmost concern.  As you will recall your complaint was regarding the VIP Amenities what were not...

These tickets were VIP tickets in which included parking, vip club, entry and restroom access.   Tickets retailed to you at $159 per ticket with a Service Charge of $63.60, the grand total was $381.60.    On July 10th, 2016 you emailed in advising of the issues with VIP Amenities when attending the event.  We did apologize for the inconvenience and began researching what the issue was.  During our research we also advised we would credit back $75 for the inconvenience as the tickets did not provide you the VIP Amenities that were noted during your purchase.  Our next contact with you was on July 13th, 2016, where you advised you would like to also be compensated for the 30 minutes of the show you missed.  We did agree and as a onetime good will gesture we did offer a courtesy credit of $25, for a total refund of $100.  The first refund was made on July 11th, 2016 in the amount of $75 and the second refund was made on July 14th, 2016 in the amount of $25.  The refunds were placed on the [redacted] card ending in [redacted] that was used at the time of the original purchase.   We sincerely regret that you are disappointed with your recent TicketsNow purchase and trust this information is sufficient to resolve the matter.   Sincerely,   [redacted] Consumer Support Specialist
