Bought tickets to see Norm Macdonald. He died a few days after I bought my tickets. They refuse to refund my money. Offered store credit. They sent an email that said event was canceled due to covid and used that as an excuse to not refund my money. Gave store credit instead of a refund. Horrible business and I wish I had read the reviews before I bought from them. Check out the class action lawsuit page on Facebook and read the comments from all the other people they have ripped off.

I purchased tickets to a show that has been cancelled but NO FOR COVID REASONS. I tried to contact them and they keep sending preset emails saying covid this covid that and send you (with any chance of negotiation) a voucher for any other tickets. But what if the show is cancelled for other differente reasons and you don't live in the US? Forget about it, they will keep the money from a voucher you will never use. NEVER BUY TICKETS HERE OR AXS.COM

I bought 3 tickets for the Nutcracker in Akron for Nov 27. The website showed Orchestra 2 row D throughout the confirmation process, As soon as I put in my credit card information, the sire confirmed Balcony 2 row D, I have my 90-year old mother attending and there would be no way for her to climb to the balcony level! TOTAL SCAM. On top of it, there was a $33+ service fee PER TICKET tacked on to the cost of the tickets TOTAL SCAM. When I try to contact customer service, I was moved to chat 3 times and they cut off the chat the moment I complained. I was instructed to reach out via email and they would respond as soon as possible, TOTAL SCAM I called into the call center to chat with a representative and the system found my number and told me that I have to reach out via email and that they would contact me as soon as possible. TOTAL SCAM My experience today was horrible. They will take your money and maybe provide tickets (I have nothing other than they took my money) TOTAL SCAM Misrepresentation/No customer service/no resolution was my experience with this company thus far. I bought two tickets for a concert and was told I would receive them no less than 24 hours before the show. After I paid for the tickets I received one within a short time. I then received an email telling me that the sale was canceled. I spent countless hours online and on the phone trying to rectify the situation with their customer service. I was told consistently to wait and keep checking my email for the other ticket. The day of the show I spent over 2 1/2 hours with customer service trying to figure out if I had tickets or not. They told me I would have to continue to wait. After 2 1/2 hours the show had already started and I was told again to keep checking my email. Since then I have requested a refund and I was just told, that I did receive the tickets. Even though I did not. Every time you call they tell you it's over an hour wait and anytime you go online it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get a customer service rep. This is not a reputable company and I would avoid at all costs.

Joe Bonamassa show at the Seattle Paramount Theater. TicketsOnSale promised me a full refund on three separate occasions in April. Then last week they informed me I would not receive a refund but rather a “voucher” for a future show. This is very upsetting to me. I paid them $1389 dollars! They changed their refund policy long after my purchase! When I called their “customer service” number a woman (the same woman in a call center in the Philippines who promised me on 3 occasions a full refund) told me that management had changed their refund policy. I was then referred to a place where I was told I could contact the business directly. After I wrote my response and sent it I immediately received a response saying that the mailbox I sent my complaint to was not monitored. What a slap in the face! I was deceived by this company and they confiscated my money. The change in their refund policy at the 11th hour left me potentially without recourse. Why would I book another event using the coupon they sent me when I have no idea how many more shows will be cancelled? Again, I was told I would get a full refund!! I think this is very unfair and is likely illegal. This business is now graded an “F” by the Revdex.com. Is there a lower grade? In this case there certainly should be.

TOTAL PRICE GAUGING!! This ticket reseller charged me more than double face value for tickets to an off broadway show that was nowhere near sold out! I tried to cancel my order within hours of placing it, before any tickets had been secured on my behalf, but the seller refused to let me out of the deal. I tried to negotiate a partial refund but the seller wouldn’t make any efforts to work cooperatively with me. I would NEVER do business with TicketsOnSale again and would discourage anybody else from doing business with them too. Buy tickets directly from the box office. You’ll save yourself a lot of money and a lot of headaches.
