Talked to Edgar *** and he explained that the tickets for the Chris Stapleton concert were only available as Will Call tickets This was a decision brought about by the artist and the venue in effort to reduce brokers buying huge blocks of tickets so that the average patron can't get
tickets at a regular price

Dear Ms*** Upon receipt of your letter on April 4th, Mr*** ticket order was canceled and refunded. We apologize for not refunding this order upon his requestAt the time, the call center was given the instructions to only cancel *** orders up to the day of the
showMr*** contacted our call center the day after the event, hence was refused. Since then our instructions from the band's promoter have changed to allowing refunds for all past shows until further notice. We apologize for the previous miscommunications and appreciate the opportunity to resolve this case. Priscilla H***
