We mistakenly ordered one ticket for an event. we called to order another ticket. They said they would issue another ticket but we could not sit together. If we wanted two seats together we would have to pay for 3 tickets. We waited 25 minutes on the phone for someone to answer. Once we explained we wanted to buy two tickets side by side we were told we can but another ticket but would be charged for 3 tickets. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 25 minutes only to get the original person I spoke too with the same result. This is an unfair business practice. I tried to file a complaint on there site but you need a pin, not supplied on the purchase document. They stated to contact our ticket provider on the bottom of our purchase documentation, NO such information on this document. They are a total scam. As a senior citizen I respectfully requests you hold them accountable by letting other citizens know they are not a reparable business. Their privacy policy is very small print on the bottom of the page. We didn't even look at it until we ran into this nonsense. Who would in America? Totally unsatisfactory. Hope you can help a senior citizen by doing the right thing.
