scammers...

charged my credit card...paid in full months before concert
was told on invoice a date when email will have e-tickets to download
date came no email or e-tkts. started emailing Sandy with ticketworld she emailed will have email with e-tkt thurs or fri...let see not email on Thursday so I advised I need to know something by 3p est on Friday two days prior to concert...no email on Friday..contacted my bank to get change back due to broken promises and no communication with the seller. I emailed ticketworld (sandy) got email back stating will mail check...I did not pay with a check, advised via email to refund back on credit card. as of today still no refund...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

No delivery of venue tickets.
My charge card was transacted and paid in full.
Many calls and lack of answers.
I will never use this company again, very nonprofessional and sketchy!
