Review: I ordered two products from this company on 2/2/14 and up to the date of this complaint have not recieved my order. I sent several emails which were never answered, phone calls are not answered or calls returned, their online customer help is never available or offline. Simply put there is no way to contact them. However they very quickly charged my credit card $25.99 for the order.Desired Settlement: I would like prompt, immediate delivery of my order or a full refund ASAP.
