This company has no actual access to tickets or ticket purchasing in any manner. My tickets were cancelled 2hrs and 45 min prior to the show. I only found this out after calling and emailing. Waste of time.

Review: I purchased 2 Garth Brooks tickets via TickPick. The concert is April *, 2016, at 10:30, at the KFC Yum Center in Louisville, KY.

A few weeks after purchase, I received a [redacted] envelope with a [redacted] enclosed and a piece of paper stating "this is your entry to the event. The usher will swipe your card and details of your seats will be printed out".

As fate would have it, the card has been damaged to the point that it will be unable to scan, when I arrive at the venue. I reached out to TickPick to see if the card could be replaced, and, after contacting the seller, responded that there was nothing that could be done.

I called TickPick, and they essentially told me the same thing.

I have the 16-digit card number, the CVV code, and the expiration date on the card. I was able to register/activate the card on the website it came from ([redacted])

I cannot understand why it cannot be replaced.

I reached out to the venue, and they stated that if the tickets were, in fact, legitimate, they could help me at the guest relations window on the day of the concert.

My concern is that I will get there, and they won't allow me to enter.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement card.

We have been handling the situation with Anne to the best of our ability, given the unfortunate circumstances. The reason that "the card has been damaged to the point that it will be unable to scan," as the buyer put it, is because she shredded the gift card in her document shredder. We have done everything on our end to work with the seller to have the gift card reissued if possible, and it has been explained to us that the gift card cannot be re-printed. We have no choice but to take the seller at their word. We understand the awful situation the buyer is in, and have advised that she tape the card back together and see if the venue will work with her to allow her to access her seats. She's absolutely right to be worried that the venue may not be willing to allow her access with the shredded gift card, but this is the best option we can provide to her. We have also offered to provide her alternative seats at our cost, which has not been an option she has chosen to take advantage of.

My damaged card was damaged by me accidentally shredding it, but I have, in fact, taped the card back together. I emailed the venue, and was told that "if the tickets are legitimate, someone at the guest services window will be able to help you on the day of the concert (type the number in manually).To be safe, I also called the company that issued the card ([redacted]). After giving the representative all the information on the card, including the account number, the CVV code, and the expiration date, they stated a replacement card would be sent out. In the course of my conversation with the representative, they stated that that there were two transactions on the card. One for $154.91(TM [redacted]) and one for $45.09 ([redacted]). I actually paid $319 ($157 each for 2 tickets). I understand that a third party seller may be making money off their sale, but I just want to be sure the card is actually legitimate.

We're happy to hear that the venue seems to be willing to work with you to honor the gift card that has been taped back together. The transactions on the gift card show that the purchaser of the tickets bought the Garth Brooks tickets directly from Ticketmaster when they went on sale, and shows the price that they were purchased for to buy them directly from the venue when they went on sale. The remaining transaction for $45.09 was likely made to clear out the rest of the balance on the gift card. We have no reason to suspect that the seller's original purchase with Ticketmater was not legitimate, and any trouble that you may have at the venue would only be caused by the shredding of the original gift card. Please bring both the original shredded gift card, and the newly issued gift card with you to the venue in hopes that they allow you into your seats, and please keep our customer support phone number handy if you have any trouble.

I bought Milwaukee Garth Brooks tickets from Tick Pick. I was a little hesitant due to the restrictions on Garth's tickets, and also that I had never bought from them before. Prior to buying, I emailed their customer service department. Not only did they ease my concerns, but their customer service was top notch. The response time was phenomenal and the reply was very detailed. Not only that, but the same seats on Stub hub were going to cost me $200+ more. I'm a regular concert goer and somewhat of a "seat snob" when it comes to having good seats. My sister and I were so excited with our 6th row dead center seats @ Garth Brooks. I will be referring all of my friends and family to TickPick!

Review: On the TickPick website they had tickets to a Taylor Swift concert for $16 a piece. So I bought two of them. It was charged to my credit card. I then received an email saying that there was a drastic pricing error and my order has been canceled. I called and talk to a [redacted] at TickPick and was not able to have my tickets honored.Desired Settlement: I want them to get me my tickets at the price I paid or comparable/better tickets for the same price.

TickPick is a marketplace where fans and sellers of tickets list tickets for sale where other buys can buy tickets.Once a sale is confirmed we guarantee the delivery of those tickets at the price which was paid.Unfortunately the seller of these tickets made an honest mistake and listed tickets worth $316 for $16. Once the order was placed and the seller received the order to purchase their tickets they immediately notified us that there was a problem. If the seller had confirmed this order than our BuyerTrust Guarantee would be in effect and we'd require the seller to uphold their sale. Instead, the cardholder was not charged for this order and has been fully refunded and provided a discount on any future order.This situation is completely rare, but honest mistakes do happen and we work with both buyers and sellers to make sure our ticket marketplace is fair and accurate.TickPick Support

I feel that even when a store or airline makes these same errors but unhold the price they sold it for. To me it is customer service and the right thing to do

Review: They are scalpers who charged double for tickets at Pepsi Center in Denver. I did not understand that when ordering. Ticket face value was not communicated, thus I believed I was buying tickets directly. They were contacted and agreed to refund $16.99:

With that said, I want to specifically state that I do not think that we are falsely advertising, we by no means present ourselves as the Official Box Office, and have two statements that we ask users to agree to before purchasing tickets, (one of these statements is in regards to what you think we mislead people about):

I don't expect many people to read the User Agreement in it's entirety, but the two statements listed above have been carefully chosen to make sure we prevent having problems such as the one we are currently experiencing.

With that said, customer support is our priority and we'd like to make sure we come to a fair resolution.

Ticket prices are set by individual sellers listing their tickets for sale, we do not control these prices. However, if you could send us a picture of the tickets that you received we'd be able to see what the face value of the tickets were, and we can come to a resolution as to a fair refund (which will be in addition to the $16.99, that has already been refunded, which was equal to our commission on the sale).

Review: I wanted to buy a hockey ticket. I just moved to colorado and my teams coming to play so I wanted to go. I filled out the billing form with the correct billing information and they replied I had to use my colorado address so I did they sent me a reply saying the could not provide me service and then I got an email they had charged me and my e-ticket which I was just told they could not send me still has not come! They stole from me and thats ridiculousDesired Settlement: I would like my ticket to the game... and a full refund due to the attempted theft!

This business is unethical and questionable! I would never knowingly purchase tickets to an event with someone else's name on them, but that is what they sent! I am disputing this through my credit card company.

I am very glad that I have ordered my ticket With this company.

You reveive tickets within an hour at your email adress and you don't have any additional fees compare to other companies.

I will defenetly recommend them and l will use them again next time for sure !
