The person who made this complaint was being evicted for default of rentAll maintenance issues are supposed to be submitted to me in writing so that I can have them taken care ofMrAlexander did not mention any problems until after he was being evictedHe only mentioned a bathtub leak to me,
which has already been fixedAs for the "infestation" the units are rented clean and ready but I cannot control how people live and yes unfortunately after he moved out I discovered he had allowed roaches to take up residence in the unit with himThis is also a lease violation but not one easy to enforce. I use a professional pest control service and they have already taken care of the problem, hopefully it will not need further treatment as I cannot rent the unit until it is free and clear of these issues.
