He got paid to fix my bathroom, more than a month ago and I'm still waiting for him to finish the job. He started working on my bathroom on the Christmas holidays, because he knew the job wasn't going to be finished. I was waiting on the vanity to arrive, he took his money, left and I haven't seen him since then. I asked him to give me a letter where he agrees to break up the contract(because I need it for the insurance company) and he refused. In a way I feel robed, because he knew he wasn't going to finish the job, took the money and left. Every time I look at the bathroom my blood pressure goes up, I have been late to work more than before because we have a bathroom for five people, and working with this unprofessional people is one of the worse thing that could ever happened to me in my entire life. I'm taking the time to write this complaint trying to save someone from contracting this company and hopefully saving them from what I'm going through.

Other (requires explanation) I need them to finish the job they got paid for(like right now), and I want them to write a letter for the insurance company where they dissolve the contract. I can't be wasting my time and energy with this unprofessional company any longer.
