I have no idea who or what this tidal emergency is but it just popped up on my credit report and its causing me to get denied for credit cards I want this fraudulent bill off my report

Mr. [redacted] states that collection efforts are being pursued by “[redacted] LLC” on behalf of Tidal Emergency Physicians. He wants this bill to reflect paid in full and removed from all 3 credit bureaus. We do not use the collection company mentioned in this complaint. Also, we are not collecting $23.00 from [redacted]. I paid a bill to Tidal Emergency Physicians I 2009 that I did not owe, in the amount of $249.00 b/c I couldn't get them to stop threatening me regarding this charge. I did not want this reflected on my credit report.
Fast Forward to March, 2018... Guess What... a 3rd party collection agency from Georgia is harassing me for $249.. debt owed to Tidal Emergency Physician's .. 9 years has gone by & now I owe the again. I can't find my paper work, have a different bank, different health plan, (which wouldn't help).. This is insanity.. It's got to be Illegal... They are going to ruin my credit over a debt I paid & do not owed. I actually never owed it, but paid it anyway... I am totally frustrated & afraid of what this 3rd party collection agency is going to do... How can an company come after you for a bill that's been paid 9 years ago ?

Review: I have never been to this facility. I have no idea how they got my information. I have disputed several collections issues on my credit report because of this company. Every time one come off a new one is placed on my credit report. It seems like they are selling bogus debts to collection companies with no evidence.Desired Settlement: Stop reporting me to collection agencies. Leave my credit report alone. I have never used service and every time I dispute it I get it erased. So clearly there is NO evidence that I have gone to your company. Erase my name and information off your system.

Review: This company has sold many debts in my name to collection agencies. They are unfounded. I have filed several disputed through credit bureaus and they keep getting deleted and a new one pops up. I have NEVER done business with this company, nor would I need to. As I work for an ambulance company and have relationships with several hospitals and physicians. I also do not work nor live near Pennsylvania. As I never have.Desired Settlement: I want this company to stop selling erroneous debts to collections agencies. I also want all of them deleted from my credit report. The lastest one being with NCO Financial account number [redacted].

Review: Tidal Emergency physicians has a contract with [redacted] medicare advantage plan, and that contract says we have a 65 er co pay and all parties agree to except what the insurance pays. Tidal will not abide by that contract and keeps trying to bill us and has now reported a collections account to the credit reporting agencies, when the bill is not owed.Desired Settlement: I want it removed from my credit report and the balance zeroed out as per their contract with the insurance company and a written statement stating the were wrong, sorry and it will not happen again

Review: Hi, I have paid this account in full, and despite numerous attemts to call and write them to resolve this, they have decided to file negative consumer reports to ALL THREE credit brueaus on me for a (incorrect) balance of $23.00...yes that was twenty-three dollars !!! Why on God's Earth would I not pay a $23.00 bill and risk negative reporting ! I would like written confirmation from them that they have instructed their unethical collection company to remove this from all 3 credit bureaus ASAP.Desired Settlement: Written letter verifying they have instructed their collection company "[redacted]" LLC to REMOVE all history regarding this collection acocunt from ALL THREE credit reports. Again, this is not to be closed, it it to BE REMOVED as this was done in error by them, and TIDAL EMERGENCY PHYSICIANS as we can provide proof of payment as needed... This is absolutely ridiculous and the Revdex.com needs to give them a rating of F for this as well.
