I apologized for the delay we experienced on her orderWe usually have a week wait time on the product she ordered, and we had an
unexpected delay that we informed her ofSince we understand how it must have been disappointing to experience the delay, we refunded the customer in full immediately upon receiving her request to do so

I issued a refund via PayPal to *** immediately upon her returning the productsShe rejected the refund of $that I sent because PayPal took a $feeThe reason I issued the refund via PayPal was because she purchased the product via PayPal express, and my company therefore does not have her
card information to refund her card as she wished.
I later offered to refund her the original amount, plus shipping fees, plus PayPal's feeShe said she would accept a check insteadThat was mailed today since this conversation happened today.
Not sure why the customer would file a complaint the same day this was settled via the emails attached
