I read the last reviews, and decided to use this company I called them and they came to the house very quickly I had a stopped up drain I explained where the outside drain was so they could check the drains They charged me what they had quoted, but could not fix the problem, as they stated they "thought" work done on the property next door had caused the plugged drain
I called the city and found out they had done work there, but they said they couldn't have caused the problem In the meantime, I found out that the workman had caused the drain pipe to be loose and it came off below ground level with raw sewage spilling out over the ground I asked on Drain Pro, on Friday, to talk to the city about it, & fix the loose pipe & raw sewage problem They said they would call me back on Tuesday (after the holiday weekend) and have a manager go by and look at it They never called me back, never went to the house, and never fixed the drain they broke I called again and spoke to the owner who talked loudly and said they never got my message from the Friday before, but would reprimand his employee He said I needed excavating and they couldn't do it, they were too busy He kept interrupting me, while I was attempting to explain I would just like them to talk to the city (as I don't understand plumping issues and they do) He told me he would not call the city and they couldn't help me at all I hung up and called another plumber Later the fellow I spoke to on Friday, called back and apologized I told him I was using another plumber I would suggest you NOT use this company Aside from being quick to get to the house, they can't be trusted to help with any severe problems, and do not seem to care at all I don't know what Revdex.com accredited means, but since they do not have it, it must be important
I looked Drain Pro up on this site and found an A+ rating along with a positive review by a customer. I had never used Drain Pro, but decided to give them a try. My water heater had died, and I was in dire need of a replacement. It was a very positive experience. They offered to replace it the same day - which is almost unheard of. They met their quoted price, arrived on time, and were friendly and helpful. They knew what they were doing and got the job done. I was extremely pleased with them. I will most definitely call them again when I need a plumber and recommend them to my friends.
From my experience, the gentlemen who came to our home to do our plumbing were professional, honest, hard working, and very considerate. We thought we only needed our drains cleared but ended up needing new pipes because the old clay pipings had disintegrated. [redacted] and [redacted] showed my husband and me the situation on the underground camera. It was a major job. Although they had another previous job, they came within a few days and started early and worked past dark so that we could have running water and flushing toilets that night. They kept their word when it came to cleaning up. (They had to take down part of our fence and dig in neighbors yard to connect us to the city line, as well as, fix and repair the city's broken connection-said they are contracted with the city.) They returned a few days later to let the ground settle and totally picked up all debris, finished repairing the fence, covered all holes, shoveled the dirt back, and made sure we were satisfied. About a week went by and [redacted] came back to look over everything again. These guys are great. As far as the expense, whether it was higher or lower than their competetors, to us, what we put out monitarily was worth it because these gentlemen did not leave us hanging, corrected the poor plumbing job the previous owers had done, were considerate of us by giving us running water and flushing toilets that same night, and peace of mind to know the job was done right. I would totally recommend these gentlemen and company.
