Review: on November 2012 [redacted] Job coordinator for Tidwater door and glass repair came to our house upon our request to change one of our windows and he did job estimate of total $520 and my wife gave him check with deposit of $312 on November 1st 2012 check ,on November 16 he asked for another deposit of $300 because the estimate was not correct because the windows brand is higher price than he estimated before and my wife gave him another check with$300 check and he tolled her he will call us when he recieve the ordered window glass ,he did not call and I called him many times during December 2012 and January 2013 every time he give promises and never come to do the service ,then I asked him if he cant do it ,refund us with our money we paid total $612 he promise he will ,during this time he gave us hard time answering the phone then started to give us text masseges to numb us on Feb someone call us from phone#[redacted] and toll us that the company get audited and shortly someone will call us to refund our money which never happen,we try to call this number again they hang up and I tried to call [redacted] at[redacted] service disconnected and not answering at [redacted],I have both job invoices and his business card and I have both checks copies.
