There have been occasions where some would call out, but this company is dedicated to getting someone to you. They may be late, but someone will come to your aide. We had some regular staffing members and they were very good and my loved one always looked forward to their arrival. They kept me informed and I when they were there I had no worries. I spoke with Don [redacted] and Edward many times. They are really interested in providing you with good service and welcome your feedback. Their nurse comes out routinely to assess your loved one and she loves what she does. If you have someone that you are not fond of all you have to do is tell them not to send this person out and it's done. I would definately use this company again and I would recommend them to you.
