Received water bill for one month of $I call and the customer service representative stated they read our meter twice and consumption was right 12/19/water bill was $called Tampa Utilities and they stated the meter was read twice and that consumption of water was correctTwo months ago had the same issue and consumption was incorrect and Tampa Utilities had to credit my account

I was Charged for water that was not used by me
I purchased this house in nov 2015, my firt bill was for gallons of water and the amount was $i told the Tampa Utility Dpt that the house was not habitable and the bill was highthey told me to wait a couple of month to see the real reading after that was gallonsthe previous owner used to spent between 20K to 25K gallons of wateri dont understand what is going on here

Since the beginning our water bill was extremely high.waiting on an ajustment from company but instead received final notice They refuse payment plan
This company claims I owe over $in water usage in under monthsIn the past days I have piad $and they are still telling me they are going to cut my water off on the 12th and I have a newborn baby living in my household

City of Tampa Water Dept is one of the non customer oriented government controlled companyThe employees of City of Tampa Water Deptthink they are immune and untouchables for not being helpful, courteous, discriminative and rude and their bosses on top level backing them instead being strict as to help consumers who are paying customersAs example Director of water deptChuck W*** told me when we reported of his assistant being rude and with attitude; "she is a good worker" and that means she can be rude to customers or public as long as he is happy with herThey are also hiding by saying sorry that is out policyThere is no policy that allow anyone in the water deptto pick on any customerWe paid tons of money to them over 20+ years on time, multiple accounts but when it came to bill that was $to $8,they got very stubborn, didn't help as they should but disconnected water of apartments despite making paymentsWhen we called to speak with them, no one answered the call (we left messages) or returned a callWe reported this to Mayor's office as well as to all the council members and some politicians
