Review: My complaint has to do with many issues with this company, but the main problem is how rude the claims adjusters are. My vehicle was stolen a little over a month ago and it took me 2 days to actually get someone on the phone so that I could report the loss. Fortunately my vehicle was recovered and when it was finally taken to a repair shop for repairs it sat there for 2 weeks because the shop manager said he had trouble getting someone on the phone. My claim is still open and repairs are still not finished even though they claim they are. My main concern is the attitude these adjusters have when speaking to someone regarding the claim. The shop manger where my vehicle was taken to said he had to speak with the adjusters supervisor because she was so rude. My husband also called to get information on the claim and again he also complained about how rude the adjuster was. Since we had such a hard time getting through to them my husband went to another body shop for a second opinion. This new body shop called the adjuster to get info on the claim and he also complained about how rude these people are. I don't know if these employees are being overworked but they should really be respectful to their clients because we pay for these services.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate an apology because dealing with this insurance company was VERY stressful. I would never want to go through this again. They also need to finish repairs on my vehicle because they claim all repairs have been approved but job has not been finished.
