I paid her $12,250 Plus $700 for a Fortified Roof & Certificate and got neither.
Roof started caving in 19 months later and had to install a whole new roof. She installed a terrible roof NOT UP TO CODE, NEVER SEALED IT, DID NOT NAIL DOWN DECKING PROPERLY only around the seams and left decking to blow out in a bad storm. I cculd hear the rain falling in both bathrooms and see sun, moon and stars as she didn't seal the roof. Fortified Inspections of Daphne, AL stated they did not receive photos or documentation so it was IMPOSSIBLE for them to issue a fortified roof certificate.

I've had a negative experience in trying to get a roof replacement estimate on a rental property When I first called about a month ago, they took my information, the job address etc A neighbor told me some people came by the house a few days later and that seemed to confirm that they'd been there to inspect for the estimate After about another week went by without hearing anything I then began calling their office At first the delays seemed legit and I didn't think much of it But after a while it was becoming apparent that something was amiss The office lady gave me the estimators cell number He acknowledged but said he'd tried to call, but I had no messages After a few more weeks the estimator said he'd been out of town but would deliver the estimate to the office to be eMailed to me When I called the office days later, they said he'd been trying to call me -AGAIN That's when I called their bluff and said he was LYING I asked to get a call from the owner and NOTHING! I've given up on these people!
I couldn't even get a quote from Tidewater Roofing. They sent a man out to provide an estimate. He was unable to do the measurements because he forgot to bring his measurement tool. That was on a Friday, I took off work to meet him at my house. He said he would be back on Monday. He never showed up. I waited three days, then called the company. They said they would send someone the next day. Another no-show. I waited a couple days more and called again. They said they would look into it and call me back. They never did.
Not a good sign of Customer service if they can't even keep their word on providing an estimate.
