I tired to call the number they gave me when I got my set up but when the recording said hold for an operator, it hung up. The Grand Prairie office is just a few minutes from me so I stopped in. I signed in and checked the walk-in box as I did not have an appointment and explained why I was there.The young lady at the desk was very cordial and had me sit down. She called to the back and another young lady told me she would check to see if there was an available appt. (not sure why they have a walk-in check box if you need an appt). Probably more than a dozen employees walked by me but no one said a word. Finally after 40 min the girl at the front desk checked on me and called over the intercom that someone that someone was waiting. Another customer walked in and the tech came out and waited on him after he had been there less than a minute yet said nothing to me. I wasted 40 minutes of my day off not counting drive time and only wanted to check out some other masks or get some pointers on adjusting it. VERY POOR SERVICE!
