I am rejecting this response because: I have photographic PROOF that the debris came from the bed of the truck. I've submitted this information to Tidwell and once I showed that I had proof they 'denied' my claim, claiming there was no way to show proof? I have...

it. My truck was a month old when this happened, there were NO other chips in my windshield. The bed of the Tidwell truck has a concrete barrier of some sort that was spilling debris all over the freeway. As I was entering the freeway in the merge lane, my car was littered with debris and a rock large enough to cause a small crack / nick in my windshield hit my windshield. It is ridiculous that they would try to play these games when I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. WHY would these forms exist. The last sentence gives them the right to deny it just "because they want to" and they are.

From the Tidwell form.
"PROPERTY DAMAGE:  If Company accepts liability for your property damage claim, we will reimburse

It would be in the companies best interest to pay this before I consider small claims court.

Review: Back in September I had debri from one of Tidwell's trucks cause a small rock chip in my less than month old vehicle. I had gone through all the proper channels in submitting my claim - I had called the number on the vehicle door to get a hold of someone who referred me to another person and yet another. I finally get in touch with someone to handle my case, great. I fill out all of the proper paperwork and submit it for approval. I have included claim requests and photographs of the damage and of the truck that the debri came from. After about a month of being ignored, I get a reply that 'they do not handle these types of requests' so why in the world would Tidwell have asked me to fill out the claim forms. The claim forms obviously exist for a reason, right? Like I had mentioned to [redacted], if it any of my other vehicles I could have cared less but since my vehicle was less than a month old, it really bothered me. What's WORSE is that I'm asked to fill out these forms and provide all of this information for it to be 'dismissed'. Again, the claim forms they have on file EXIST for a reason. Thank you for your help with this matter, Daniel Salas###-###-####Desired Settlement: I was told to have the work done and I would be reimbursed. The cost is $60, that is all I am asking for, reimbursement for the work I need to have done on my windshield.
