Dealt with Owner [redacted]. Gave estimate then tried to upcharge another $300.00 on final bill. When we called him to discuss the bill, he screamed at us and then hung up. We tried to call back but he would not answer. He's got a scary temper. 3 months later, some of the work he did needed Came loose and needed to be repaired. We called him and he hung up on us again. We would recommend not doing business with [redacted] unless you want problems.

For the past 5 years, I have used Tidwell Services to solve a variety of roofing problems. These include a combination of both residences & commercial buildings, involving different surfaces, elevations & challenging conditions.

As each job ended, I was continually impressed with their attention to detail, dedication to get the job done in a timely manner, clean-up of the job site, and adherence to the original budget.
