I have been trying for several months to have my invoice adjustedI have also asked to have services canceled
I have sent several emails asking for adjustment to my invoices with no responseI have called the number on the bill and it says that the voice mail is fullI have even sent a letterI would like my invoices adjusted and confirmation that services will be canceled per my request

Have tried canceling service for months and have gotten no response to emails or voicemails and continue to receive invoices
In addition to recieving invoices, one of they were still at my house about months ago scooping poop even though I've canceled and am not payingThe person told me that no one communicated that with them when they got their list of stops for that day

Is cancellation even possible?
I cancelled with this company in AUGUST of That is now months ago I still am receiving invoices and having the company come out I have sent three emails (there is no phone number anywhere for them) as well as a certified letter! In addition, I've told two separate employees we cancelled It seemed to work when I told them back in January but I am still getting invoices and they showed up again a few weeks ago I am just waiting for candid camera to come out and say this was a joke! It's insane

I want the charge rectified If it is not rectified then I will cancel their service However, there appears to be no way to cancel their service

This local company is excellent. I use them Winter through late Spring when my yard is too wet for me (wheelchair user) to pick up the pet waste myself. This is my 2nd year using them. They are reliable, even in bad weather. And they work with you regarding scheduling and yard size.
