Tidy Vacuums

Tidy vacs in Winchester Virginia should be shut down, chris jones and Jeff jones, and debi jones , are nothing but liar’s. They are a scam and I promise you, what you guys Order , tidy vacs had the cheap kind so that’s why they have so many returns and cancellations. Don’t ever order from there, y’all don’t believe me keep calling tidy vacs and complain to Jeff and tell him he needs to lose his job. He has no teeth

Never order from Tidy Vacuum. They are a scam. You order one thing and they send whatever they feel like. You try to contact them and the voicemail is full or it just disconnects. Why should I paid for something I can't use cause they don't want to take it back and send the right product. Going to file a law suit.

Review: Tidyvac is a scam operation that markets its vacuum products on the [redacted] website. I specifically ordered Oreck vacuum bags on a [redacted] website and Tidyvac, a Market Place vendor, shipped me generically branded vacuum bags. After several requests to obtain return labels, I got them and returned the generic vacuum bags back to Tidyvac because they were not what I ordered. Tidyvac refused to refund the purchase price in full claiming that they advertised their product as generic and that's what I got. This is not true. Tidyvac deliberately lists their name along side brand name products sold by [redacted]. There is no disclosure whatsoever that they were intending to deliver cheap generic vacucum bags and not the Oreck bags that are specifically identified and pictured in the [redacted] website. This is a bait and switch scam perpetrated by Tidyvc. They are claiming a restocking fee for the return of a product that I didn't order.Desired Settlement: I demand a full refund of the purchase price. Consumers should be forewarned that Tidyvac is not a legitimate operation and should be banned from the [redacted] website. I have also filed a complaint with [redacted] and have suggested that they ban Tidyvac from selling anything on the [redacted] website.

I am rejecting this response because:

TidyVAc continues to scam its customers. They state that they attempted to resolve this matter by not charging for return shipping but they gouge the customer for a restocking fee when they should have refunded the purchase amount in full. They state that they offered to send a replacement which is not true. That only confirms that TidyVac's intent is to deceive [redacted] customers who believe they are ordering a name brand product, in this case, Oreck, and then sending a cheap generic product. The US government should act and ban this vendor for interstate fraud.

I have attached a copy of the [redacted] website page that showed my order. You can see that they purport to sell Oreck vacuum bags when they intentionally deliver generic trash. I have redacted my personal information and credit card references for privacy concerns.

TidyVac continues to insist they are not deliberately misleading the consumer into buying generic garbage. I flatly reject their excuses. They should be banned from the [redacted] site.
