NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE (GLAD TO BE ALIVE)
Aaron's Plumbing was dispatched through *** *** *** house warrantyThey came out to inspect a hot water tank and decided it needed to be replaced through ***I was in rehab for a total knee replacement and was not on siteOn November 24, they came out to install a gallon water heater, this is when the problem started:
*** over a hour and a half late with no call had to call them
*** did not inform me that a wall needed to removed to get the tank in old one ga
*** wanted to charge me $to remove the dry wall (found someone else to do it)
*** DID NOT TIGHTEN THE GAS CONNECTION
My niece was at home and did not recognize a gas smellI came home on Thursday, November 30, and immediately smelled gas when I entered the door and my furnace was turned offSo not only was there gas the house was cold for almost a weekOn Friday, December 1, the gas company was called and the leak was discoveredIt was fixed and *** as well as the Aaron's plumbing was calledI had to pay $for the installation which was for parts and the difference between a gallon and a gallonAaron's is not allowed in my home again and *** has made a note of thatNo one attempted to reimburse the part or all of the fees related to hot water tankNo one has contacted me, Aaron's or *** to see if my encounter was addressed appropiately My life, my niece as well as, visitors and neighbors life were put in jeopardySo all I can say *** should drop Aaron and reimburse meDO NOT USE AARON'S PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING
The technician did not make the appointment at scheduled timeHe left out screws out of on a sump pump in my basement, did not use plumber's potty to seal the pipe and then the worst of it all.....left my freezer disconnected for 4days before we discovered itI have taken a lot of pictures and I will never use them again I plan to take legal action
Our hot water tank went out and this company sent a repairman out to install a new oneHe broke the main pipe that lead front the street into our houseWater flooded our house instantlyHe claimed that he did not have the key to turn the water offHe stood and watched the water flood our home and said there was nothing that he could do about itHe also stated that when he was called out for issues like this he charged I called the company and they sent out a repHe witness the water in our basement, he seen that some of our things were water logged, he said that he would mail us out a letter so that we could list things that were ruin by the water and that more than likely we would get our back that we paidTo this date we have not heard from anyone regarding refundThey did however send out another repairman that installed the tank properlyAny and all assistance that you could lend in helping us is greatly appreciated
I wish there were negative starsWorst company ever*** *** *** sent a plumber out beginning of the week because we don't have hot water in our master bath showerHe was clueless and did a little tweaking of a valveDidn't fix the issue so we rescheduled for today because we know it is a cartridge issueWe called back at 7:30am to confirm our 11-slot and to confirm the plumber knows it is a cartridge issueWe were told yes and confirmed8:am rolls around and Patti calls back to cancel the appointment "because there is no way he can do it today, it's a 4-hour job." Like it was a big surpriseSo after taking two days off this week we were told Mon or TuesI'm traveling for work next week so that's not gonna happenPatti also referred to me as kiddo --- serious, lady? --- and would not budge at all or apologizeDon't use themStay as far away as possibleNot only do they have terrible customer service but their plumbers have no idea what they are doing
Aaron's Plumbing was assigned by American *** *** to repair a hot water heaterThe plumber that came out stated he did not have to ability to repair the drain associated with the hot water heater and another plumber would have to return to repair the drain as he did not have the equipment to repair the drainThe plumber also broke the hot water heater plate that the heater stands on and stated that Aaron's Plumbing would repairI have called Aaron's plumbing several times to resolve this matter to no avail
Solving clogged lines in homeThey been out three different times and I still have a clogged linesFirst visit was to unclog two sinks and tub, two days later came out to unclog the main line about two months later tub is backing up and a floor drain is clogged, I was told it was over three months, the first visit was 5/25/2016, second visit was 5/27/2016, the third visit was the 8/12/
I would not recommend anyone to the companyI call for someone to come out to look at my floor drain it was clogShe schedule appointment between 3-pmThe man came out to my house but did not have the right equipment to unclog the drainThis the crazy part when he said he needed to go and get a heavy equipment to unclog the drain this was about 5:pm he never returnI call and left a voice mail to see what happen and also call the lady who schedule my appointment she never call back(F- the worst)
*** *** *** a home warranty company, hired this plumber under my home warranty contract The plumber left the job unfinished and I had to hire another company to fix a bathtub faucet
