We installed the roofing system per our contract afterwhich Mrand Mrs [redacted] were extactic with the final productAfter approximately months the clients nephew called to report a warranty issue ( [redacted] ***), we responded to investigate the problem within hours of the callWe assesed the issue and scheduled the repair for the following week, not weeks laterThe repair was completed and the client happy within daysWe made the repair witht he same color shingles stated on the contractThe leak has been repaired per our obligation in our contract During the entire warranty issue no one at this comapny spoke with Mror Mrs***, we were only communicating with [redacted] thier nephew, whom originally reffered us to the projectMr*** has been rude during the entire ordeal, I believe because he did not recieve a "large enough" finders fee for the projectMrYoman made it vividly clear that he should recieve 7% of the entire contract price as a finders fee which we never agreed tooI believe he is trying to use the warranty issue as a catalyst to recover money from this company he feels is owed to him, he has continued to push the issue so that he can try to create an adverse situation for our company unless he recieved his demanded "finders fee" This clients aligations are eronious on all the accounts and furthermore insultingNot one person affiliated with this company has ever verbally abused Mror Mrs [redacted] by telling them to "f" off, we haven't even communicated with these clients directly since the repair that they were happy with in the beggining was completedThis is just an obserd complaint, possibly even a misguided attemt by the nephew [redacted] ***s to try to recover any money that he feels is owed to himI would also like to mention that the messages that we did recieve (NOT 12) and do have saved in refference to this complaint are from Mr [redacted] of which are threatening to complain to the Revdex.com or any other agency that will listen to the complaint should I not call him backWe have NO obligation to discuss this nor any matter with MrYoman Our standpoint on this matter has been and will continue to be that we have fullfilled our obligation to our client as stated in our contract

assesed the issue and scheduled the repair for the following week, not 3 weeks later. The repair was completed and the client happy within 7 days. We made the repair witht he same color shingles stated on the contract. The leak has been repaired per our obligation in our contract.

Our standpoint on this matter has been and will continue to be that we have fullfilled our obligation to our client as stated in our contract.

I am rejecting this response because:  We cannot comment on any conversation they had with our nephew since we were not present.  Our nephew did feel responsible for getting our roof corrected since he was the reason we used Tier 1. 
We reported the mistake within 24 hours.  They were sent pictures of our roof which clearly showed the mistake.  The mistake was clear since our roof has black schingles and they repaired it with gray ones.  We don't know where they got the color from  since our contract says black schingles.   
We made several attempts to contact Tier 1.  The office # was not in service and he did not answer his cell phone.  We should have been more deligent with our efforts but after a few weeks gave up.
It is a shame that Tier 1 has chosen to focus more on the conversations with our nephew then in the fact that the company made a mistake that obviously they do not want to correct.
