Tier One Collision

This review has been long overdue! I met with an accident while taking a U turn and the front bumper was completely damaged along with mechanical damage within the hoodBeing in Houston, I was told this was not uncommon given the video game drivers on the road I sent out quotation requests to multiple body shops but Curtis was the only one who provided a comprehensive quote and wanted to walk me through the damageWith that preface, I'd like to categorize my review Service: From the email contact to the delivery, service was 5/Seriously, I wish I could give more stars! I understand how mechanical components are adhered together with the hood ( and that's really sayin something)Polite, courteous of requests and most importantly, ON TIME DELIVERY! Knowledge: They really understand auto body! Curtis did his best to explain each component in the quotation and show me where it's locatedHe also asked me if I'd prefer Toyota parts or 3rd party parts which would run cheaperI appreciate the honesty that an auto body shop is on my side when it comes to repairs! 5/ Craftsmanship: Solid job! So far, I've had no complaintsShe looks refurbishingly new! 4.5/ Cherry on top? I received a price break! I usually do not leave reviews for businesses but there are always exceptions when you find such a committed group of individualsThe best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop hands downCurtis and Anthony from Tier have been very communicative throughout the whole process involving my Porsche Turbo getting sideswipedThey supplied updates regularly, along with pictures from the day the car was left at the shop until the day I picked it upWhen I got to the shop the car was restored back to perfect factory conditionYou could not even tell the vehicle was involved in an accidentThese guys are the best and the real deal! Their work speaks for itself and they're very professional with the way they conduct their businessI would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of a good, and honest auto body shop

TRUST That's what this place brings to the table Sure, you can probably find someplace cheaper, but that comes with a lot of doubt "Are they experience mechanics?" "Are they skilled enough?" "Do they care about my car or just want to make the fastest buck?" "Will they cut corners and risk safety and workmanship?" If the most important thing in a business transaction is trust, then you should bring your car here I've had the best service and experience here than any other garage or auto related business ever It didn't look that bad but it was definitely major in terms of body damage since both the rear quarter panels and the entire trunk section needed to be replaced or worked on I literally begged them to repair my car since my insurance might not fix it based on the car's value The car has less than 61K miles for a and almost 95% of it were highway miles This was my car that I've been doing routine maintenance on since I bought it with synthetic fluids, best filters, and replacing everything before I really needed to It's in perfect shape mechanically and only a few dings and scratches cosmetically It was also a speed sedan with 4-wheel steering so it'd be very difficult to find another one They took a look, worked on getting the estimate down to what the insurance would likely approve and got started working That's when they saw the frame damage next to my rear suspension housing That blew the estimate out of the water So they couldn't fix my car but they worked with Geico and did everything to help me lay the car to rest while I got the maximum value for the vehicle If Jesus broke down, he would bring his car here....not that he needs to since he's Jesus and all but if he needed to

After having a great meal with friends on Jones Beach I found that my car had been keyed and dented by someone -a very pissed and angry someone by the gouges and sizable dent in the passenger door After looking doing a search for auto body shops on Long Island I decided on Tier I had heard the name and are always spoken highly of I took my car in on a Monday and quickly had a quote -just under what Progressive quoted for what they would cover- and an estimate on how long it would take -ten days- for the work to be doneI also inquired about some hazing on the roof -non related to the vandalism- of the car and how much it would cost to repair thatI was told that I didn't have to have it painted; that it would be a fairly routine buff and polish and they would do it at no cost as part of the total repair of the damagesI was sold They arranged a rental car to pick me up from Enterprise and off I went for the weeks while they nursed my car back to healthFrom start to finish they proved to honest and professionalI was kept up to date on the progress and was patiently and pleasantly informed each time I called during the weeksThe car was ready on the day they promised and it looked great Tier Collision Center s is also a member of PPG so the paint itself is guaranteed which is great incase you move and another PPG repair shop is available I would definitely take my car back there for workThey proved to be honest, friendly, and capable of great results

I visited several different shops in the Patchogue area before deciding to have Tier Collision repair my son's deer-damaged car From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional Every employee I encountered was very nice and answered any question I had The rep that I dealt with, Anthony, explained the entire process and estimated that the car would be completed in approximately weeks Anthony even called me a couple of times during the repair to update me on the status They finished the job well ahead of schedule...in a week and days They did a great job making the car look like new It was truly a pleasure dealing with Tier Collision and I would highly recommend them to anyone

I took my car in to get my bumper repaired on Everything was setup for the rental while we were there, and Anthony at the shop knew how long the insurance would pay for the rental The insurance adjustor went to look at the vehicle on 618, and was told the repairs would take days Whenever we called to get an update on the truck, we were told it wasn’t ready because he wants to take his time or he didn’t like how it looked so they were re-doing it I was informed by the car rental company on I contacted Anthony at the collision center to let him know, as I still did not have the car back, and he told me not to worry and he will pay for the rental until the car was ready We finally picked the car up 718, and were told everything was taken care of with the rental Three weeks later my credit card was charged an astronomical amount of money by the rental company I contacted them and
