On March 14, 2014, I submitted a complaint against Tier One Warranty, LLC.  Well two weeks ago I received a call from a Mr. Tim S[redacted] stating that he wanted to settle the claim against the company. The Company had gone out of business I think in the later part of 2014.   I called the [redacted] to find out if he was legitimate since I had filed a claim with them.  They confirmed to me that he was and I needed to work with him.  I got my money from him $794.73 plus $120.00 for credit card interest.

After review of the policy holder's file, the claim has been paid.
