What we recommended was that they use Microsoft Office for emailWe have numerous clients on this solution and even use it for our own email service at Tier Two During the mail migration, there was a change at Microsoft which made all of our clients with older MAC computers on a specific Operating System version have authentication issues with Microsoft Office Since the [redacted] MAC computers couldn't be upgraded to a newer Operating system version we suggested replacing themWe do not sell computers and we did not sell them to [redacted] When the new computers were deployed they had some issues with sharing calendars and mailboxes, but the authentication issue being caused by the older Operating System was resolvedThey kept calling us for issues with configuration, but when onsite often couldn't re-create the issue.We gave [redacted] a 10% discount on our hourly before we even started the project, then “no charged” an additional 25% of the work we didChris then responded with a demand for an additional $in discounts for the opportunity to come down and do more free work for her
