The only reason there are positive review for this place is because in the office there is a sign that says they will give you free stuff, like discounted rent etcif you post a positive review for themDon't be fooled Extremely poorly managed from the office and the maintenance staff We had our washer and dryer break (filled with stagnant water) for over weeks before someone came to "take a look" and then waited another week for new appliances forcing us to lug our laundry to a laundromat for almost a month When we finally got the new washer, our neighbors literally came downstairs in amazement and told us that theirs has been broken for weeks and wanted to know how in the world we got them to fix oursLittle did they know that we had already been living in mold and sewer water for a month at that point They do not clean up or maintain the exterior, there's a guy that comes to blow dirt INTO the patios once a week but other than that you can expect to find trash all over the ground There has been a large broken wine bottle in the walking area near our front door for over a week and a half now, someone has moved the glass shards into the rocks, nothing moreEven the walkway night lamps are destroyed all around the property As far as the interior, it's extremely disgusting We have black mold growing above the shower, which took another weeks to have someone come take a look and spray some bleach on (not even kidding) There are large sewer roaches around the property at night and more stray cats than you can count Some look alright but many of them are clearly sick As far as the office staff they are deceitful and uncaring They were given notice end of May that we would not be wanting to live in this trash heap come August, they said that it's not a problemWe again reminded them end of June and again, it was not a problem Now that it is August, they have changed their tune, saying that they require a day written noticeWhen asked why they didn't mention this written notice earlier the lady Lisa just lied and said something along the lines of "i didn't forget to tell you, but even if I did, it's in your contract" Just clearly a desperate attempt to squeeze a few extra dollars out of someone who is trying to get away This type of business mentality is absolutely disgusting and I hope that this review keeps enough people away to offset what is being stolen from us many times over Do yourself a favor, find a better place Honestly star is being generous TL:DR - terrible place, roaches, sick stray cats and trash everywhere , deceitful office staff, maintenance efforts

Well where do we start? I'm handicap and just moved here 2 months ago. So, of course I need a downstairs apartment! I moved from across the states to come to Arizona for my cancer treatments. I asked for the quite part of the complex. We got here bright an early had been traveling for 9 days! So u could imagine how tired we were Well we had to go sign the final paperwork to get the apartment and pay the money. Well we didn't notice that they gave us an upstairs apartment until all paperwork was signed. So we immediately told them and they said that's all they have at the moment. Since it was their fault u think they'd move us asap. That's not the case. Then a downstairs apt came open. But before that we had over 25, 28 knocks on our door to be exact, and 6x's someone tried to break in. Weve called them and let them know each time, we do believe they don't believe us. They gave me the loudest area plus drug dealers lived here before us and were even raided by the police!!!! How could they do this to me knowing I have cancer? Then we also found out that before the drug dealers lived here, which they only lived here a month or 2, that the other tenants had someone break in here as well. This morning I was awakened by my dog, which we had to get to protect ourselves from this place and now I have to pay a $500 deposit for the dog!!!! It was at dawn break that I was awakened and there was a lot of noise outside my apartment. I didn't dare go outside and my peep hole on the door is all scratched up, which I told them about and had to let them know none of the lighting was working on the outside of the building neither. Anyway, my neighbors door was standing wide open!!! No one was home. I alerted them immediately and they said well did u call the cops? No I called u!! Then the neighbor came home and was extremely upset. I let him know what I heard and what's been going on, he just moved in this month. He had to get his lock changed and the apartment complex charged him $50 to change it, unbelievable! So basically Im done!!! The downstairs apartment that was open well they want me to pay $500 more to move downstairs. I didn't even have to lay a deposit when I moved in cause I have great credit!! But know they want a total of a grand, for the dog and the move downstairs. Why should we have to pay for all this?? It was your mistake putting me on the top floor and I had to get a dog to protect myself cause of your poor security measures. They say they have security and gave me a card and said here u can call them and they'll be right over when that happens. So I called one night around 2am . They tell me it's probably going to be a while. I asked y they said cause theyre 45 minutes away and he's on a call somewhere else. The lady on the phone was very rude so I finally just hung up. She did tell me that they don't have security all the time at night and they shouldn't have told me that! They only come when called or r here for a short time on Fridays and Saturday night. Just unbelievable what I had to go threw. Plus my old neighbors were thrown out cause of all the fighting involved and one of them tried to kill themselves and I saved them. And yes, I called the police. Im supposed to get plenty of rest well that hasn't happened. I just want everyone to know what poor management is at this place and you are not safe here!!! I use to live here, tierra del sol about 6 years ago and it was never like this!! To bad it's changed. Please think twice about moving here!! They don't care about u nor do they believe me that someone is trying to break in, just sad!!!
