Harassment by manager Jessie at Tierra Villa Apartments To whom it may concern We have been leasing this property since 01/ Once our lease was almost over the manager is harassing meWe have been paying rent on time every month 01/we received a pro rated rent to pay and turn in the keys on 02/which we paid and now we received another letter stating we have not paid the rent " Last notice"Before that noticed we received maybe or more letters "day no cause letter to vacate" I just don't get why this manager is harassing us every day We have been one of the cleanest tenants here we take care of the apartment building in-side and outI think one day someone complaint about us after that complaint she has been harassing us every single dayWe are tired of all these letters she keeps sending us because we have paid our rent for February and have proofWe did not pay it to her but we paid it to her assistantAssistant informed us we have till the 10th to bri
In summary the apartments refuse to fix our roof and discount is, we believe they are taking advantage of us because they think we are young
In December our roof started to leak here at Tierra villas apartments unit *** It's an upstairs unitI called the day after because it was late at night, I woke up and had to pick my bed up and move it because it leaks from the fan above my bed, so ontop of moving my bed I have to shut my breaker offIt's been five months now and I've called everytime it rains and they say they are working on itWhich is a lie because it would have been fixed by nowAnd now the roof has a soft spot on it and my fiancé is pregnant , and since there is most likely mold in the ceiling and at the risk of the roof collapsing, we have to sleep on our bed in the living room because now it has become a health problem to me, my fiancé, and my dogThey won't discount our rent or break out lease so we are stuck paying almost dollars for an apartment we can
