Tierrasanta Shoe Repair

Review: Business charged $40.00 for 4 pairs of shoes to be repaired. I paid upfront before services were provided by request from owner. She assured me the shoes were to be repaired and cleaned. I picked them up a week and a half later. They gave me my shoes back in plastic bags. I opened the bags there to check out the repairs. The Shoes were repaired poorly, colors of materials for repair did not match existing shoes. Shoes were still dirty. [redacted] was visable. I told the owners about the issues, they reluctanly tried to match the color of dye. and attempted to clean them. I waited there for 15 minutes. They were still dirty, and poorly mended. I told the owners I was not happy with their workmanship. They told me to leave and not come back again. The owner then texted me an hour later to apologize, stating I said too much and she had a daughter in dental school.Desired Settlement: Refund of payment or partial payment for mistreatment and poor quality workmanship. They were extremely rude and unprofessional.
