Thank you for your time and effort, this matter has been resolved after 2 months of calling Tiffany
Review: I returned a wedding gift two years ago with a gift receipt and was given a merchandise credit. I have not been able to find anything I like in the last two years nor will I. My original receipts are starting to fade because it has been so long. I have tried to find an item to buy but nothing fits my style or price range. Tiffany has their item that was returned and I am stuck with nothing. I don't believe it is fair that they are keeping the money. I was told that the only way to get a monetary value back would be on the original credit card. Again this was a wedding gift so I am NOT going to ask the person that gave this generous gift to me.Desired Settlement: I would like for Tiffany to make an exception to their return policy. I have been looking for two years and I believe that I gave it a good effort to find a replacement item.
