I feel as though I am repeating myself but let me clarify a couple things here. Let me address my financial situation at any time is never Tiffany's businessHowever, yes, at one point I was on a tight budget having to put my daughter through schoolHowever, living paycheck to paycheck I had written down exactly what came out of each checkA couple times my card had been declined and I simply thought I had maybe perhaps spent more than I thought those monthsNOW I know why it happenedYes, I said it was ABOUT 6mo ago I had canceled, not only through *** but she had advised me to call the office and talk to ***I did so, if I need to go to *** and pull my call records I can do soI asked *** to cancel and no other payments where authorized to be taken out of my accountNo different from calling any other company and canceling servicesExcept other companies do as they say they will doNo apology was ever made as kindly stated in response from AshleyShe was however very rude over the phoneWhich is what upset meTiffany has and still has NEVER tried to contact me through phone, email or Facebook as we where "friends" until I recently blocked herI filed a formal compaint with *** Corp as they did have enough evidence and information to open a caseTiffany did offer a personal check for 3mo as thats all she could do as well as the mo *** would only backpayThis information came to from *** which she was ***ting conversation so the conversation would disappear*** conversation disappear right away unlike a text or emailI declined the offer which I was told she was offended and said she would not give anything nowI seriously could not make this stuff upProbably the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with

Good morning ***,Below will be the findings regarding *** *** accountWith regards to her statement, she has gone out her way to every business bureau and had reported my agency regarding her refund matter and had made a different story to each oneAlso our phone systems tracks and
