[redacted] (is my fiance & a witness to these events) [redacted] (response)I had called Tom H [redacted] out to my apartment at the end of August to fix my air conditioner because it had stopped workingThe next day, Tom arrived at my apartment to fix the air conditionerWhen Tom had walked into my apartment the upstairs neighbor’s daughter had started again with the running and jumpingAnd right there and then, I asked Tom do you hear that pounding that I have been previously telling you about? And Tom responded “Oh that’s not that bad that’s okThen my response was no that’s not ok, that running and jumping is going on all day and even at nightThen Tom responded well there’s nothing I can do, I cannot control a child that ageMy response was no you cannot control that child, but the parents can and that he needs to go up there and talk to them about the running and jumpingThen Tom tried to go off into another scenario that was not issue saying that the sqeakyness of the floors are daily living of apartments when trying to get to one side to anotherThen I clarified to Tom that I do not have a problem with the walking or squeaking, it is the running and jumping that is the problemThen Tom dropped the conversation and said well let’s focus on getting your air conditioner fix first.Furthermore, in Tom H [redacted] response to the Revdex.com, he had made a accusation against me ( [redacted] ) & [redacted] about making a police complaint of child abuse on the upstairs neighbors in Apartment *I had originally called the cops on August 8, at 11:pm because me, [redacted] and our two children had heard fighting, pounding, and a child screamingI am providing a cads printout from the police department of why the cops were called and also a police narrative story of why they (cops) were called outThese two documents show that I did not call the police for a child abuse caseSo I do not know how the upstairs neighbor’s and Tom H [redacted] came to that conclusionJust recently, on September 23, the upstairs neighbor’s male had approached [redacted] ’s truck and threatened him saying that we have better not made a police report about child abuse on him or elseThen at the end of that conversation the upstairs neighbor male stated to [redacted] , it doesn’t matter because you are getting evicted in NovemberWhich brings it to my attention that Tom H [redacted] and the upstairs neighbors have been communicating about me and my family being evictedThis fact is true because Tom H [redacted] stated that he was going to evict me and my family in November in his last response to the Revdex.comBut to this day, September 28, there have been no results of the issue of the running and jumping resolved

The tenants in Apt * have filed numinous frivolous complaints against several of the other tenants as well as other neighbors which I am no associated with - to the point of altercations in the parking lot They even went as far as to file a police complaint of child abuse against the
upstairs neighbors for which APD reprimanded them They have also made unreasonable demands on me to pay for vandalism to their car which I believe is a direct result of their behavior As their lease is now a month to month I will be evicting them as of the first of November
