8/14 I went in for a "basic" pedicure with a callus removal and removal of ingrown toe nails. Plus a gel manicure with a design. In total with tip I spent $60 cash.
Three days later, my gel polish was chipping from the cuticle and my left big toe looked infected. 8/17 I called ahead and let the lady on the phone I would be stopping by. When I got there, she looked at my toe, removed the polish and cleaned it with alcohol then placed a layer of Neosporin. She then went to re-polish the nail. I let her know I was not interested in spending more time and that I wanted to have a full refund.
She said that they wouldn't do that, that she could only re-do my nails. Why would I choose to have my nails re-done by someone who caused an infection on my toe. I told her that the service they provided was not good and that they needed to reimburse me. She said they will and do not do that.
When I asked to speak to the owner, she let me know she was the owner. I told her this was awful way to treat her customers. I also asked her to tell me if she was proud of the way my nails looked and how my toes looked. I asked her if she felt she had done a good job(she was the one who did my pedicure). The lady had nothing to say. Frustrated I told her I couldn't believe I paid $60 for an infection. I would advise people to not spend their money here. It is not clean, they do not know how to properly care by standards and they are not a business who take pride in their service.

One day, Ms....

[redacted] has come to my Nail Salon for the manicure and pedicure. I, [redacted] did exactly as her request for the services. She walked in with a small spot of break out spot dry on her top/side right foot. I  did not scrape her skin off. The reason that I put ointment on it is because she is my loyal customer so I want to take a good care of her. Again, I did not do anything to hurt her: After getting everything done, she left with a happy face and even gave me more tips than usual so I believe there was nothing wrong happened. Then after few hours, she came back and asked for the refund money because of the reason that you have received in tile complaint.

1 am writing this letter to explain what truly happened on the day that the complaint occurred. This Nail Salon has security cameras with everything I presented. That was not my fault in this complaint case.
