[redacted] was having difficulty using the Dfx v4 Photo Plugin on her computer. She asked to exchange the Plugin for a Standalone version. She was informed that exchanges are not possible as new licenses are generated by a new sale. She was provided with additional suggestions to resolve the problem and... asked to contact us if she needed further assistance. [redacted] did not ask for a refund and we received no other contact from her. Upon receiving notice of this complaint, she was contacted and a full refund was issued.
