Per my phone conversation with Ms. Smith their electronic payment system was "still down and they are attempting to complete the manual payment process". I desire the vendor process my payment via their manual procedure as expeditiously as possible to resolve the matter. 
    I've paid the company in accordance with the initial statement and I took advantage of the Prompt Pay Discount $136.06: Amount as referenced "You will Owe if paid by 10/27/2016", My bill was paid in full by the vendor's 10/27/2016 date. The initial payment was made on 10/04/2016 and the final payment was provided to Cheryse on 10/14/2016. I provided my credit card information and received confirmations for each payment. I can only surmise/speculate that the vendor utilized some system for taking the "Manual" payments when their system malfunctioned. I respectfully suggest they, take the payment information that I provided to [redacted] and process the payment in accordance with their business practice. Providing my credit card information a third time for this (paid) bill is not an option. as I've MAJOR concerns!
    I've complied with the terms on the initial notice and I called to confirm with their representative that my decision to make installments and take advantage of the discount would be honored by them. I want them to process the manual payment, adjust the statement and provide me with corrected documentation accordingly without REPRISAL...

The customer service representative that brought this to me when he called was told to let him know that we usually did not refund the discount after it is paid online, but I would get with my Director and ask her if we could make an exception. She has been in a meeting and I have not been able to...
