I am rejecting this response because:
At no time were we satisfied with the work performed, and at no time did they believe we were. The time frame for repairs took months and they had my truck the entire time , with very few exceptions because they were trying to track down parts. They were well aware of all issues each time they sent the truck home. They had it for months prior to us taking it to the second mechanic, and the owner of Brake Force asked us to please give him another chance stating that the employee who did the work was no longer there. We did with the agreement that if they couldn't repair the truck to our satisfaction they would pay [redacted] to repair it correctly. The owner promised to do all work himself and personally see to it that the repair would be done right. At this point we just want our money back and we will take care of the repairs. The airbags and gear box faults have NEVER been an issue until they again replaced the dash, and the dash and glove box are painted with two different paints. I was okay with them changing the color but I would expect at least the glove box and dash to match, which they do not.  They glove box doesn't close anymore and they lost the key to it as well. They key fob was not broken when we dropped the car off. They had to come out to replace the battery because at some point while they had my truck they removed the battery that was in the vehicle which was still under warranty and put a small battery in that was not rated for a Range Rover so it wouldn't start. They had to jump it when I picked it up and I should have questioned it then. The work done on the KIA was done free of charge because of the continued inconvenience they created resulting from their inability to return our Range Rover, and although appreciated it does not make up for the damage caused by their continued attempts to replace the heater core in the Range Rover. This has been an ongoing issue since last summer and we have finally given up on their ability to repair our truck.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

To whom it may concern, on 3/28/2017 Mrs. [redacted] brought in a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser for a power steering leak, found that the power steering pump, power steering rack and power steering hoses are leaking, customer approved the repairs but told us they couldn't pay for the repairs for at least 2...

weeks so we paused until payment could be made and the vehicle sat on our lot until we could get started on the repairs. On 4/15/2017 Mrs. [redacted] picked up the vehicle, within an hour Mrs. [redacted] called and informed us that the vehicle was overheating and that the power steering was noisy, we towed the vehicle back to our shop and we topped off the cooling system and replaced thepower steering pump. Mrs. [redacted] had taken her vehicle to another shop to have our work checked, Mrs. [redacted] was told the rack and pinion boot is twisted. Mrs. [redacted] stated she had spent 200.00 on UBER rides so on 4/22/2017 Mrs. [redacted] had dropped off the vehicle to have the steering rack replaced under warranty, we credited her credit card 300.00 for the cost UBER rides plus an additional 100.00 for any future rides they may need while we replace the steering rack under warranty. We had to wait 2 days to get another power steering rack shipped in and on 4/25/2017 the vehicle was completed and Mrs.. [redacted] had picked up the vehicle and we have not heard from her since.
