Review: Had radio/speaker system installed in vehicle, when installed the dash board was cracked in 2 places and vendor refuses to pay the damage that they caused. The dash board was in fine condition with no cracks when service was performed. Chose to have radio equipment installed by vendor since they had experience to perform the job. Owner offered to only pay half of cost for replacement. As customer we feel we should not pay any of the cost of the damage since they were responsible for the damage. Also asked vendor to claim on his insurance and he refuses. Very disappointed as a customer that made a purchase from a business we thought was reputable and has chosen to tarnish the image of his business.Desired Settlement: Would like a new part ordered that was damaged and vendor to absorb the cost of it.
