In regards to Ms***, we had the customer come in Saturday March 14, and spoke with her about her situationThe customer has bought a couple of vehicles from us in the past and recently she purchased a Chrysler Town & CountryThe reason for this purchase was to upgrade
in room for the family*** at the time was her salesperson who helped her with the processShe had a trade involved that was a Suzuki XL-which is a smaller SUVDue to the age and the mileage the vehicle was roughly worth by NADA book valueShe signed all contracts and even a disclosure of trade equity showing what the remainder balance would be rolling into the new accountThere was nothing deceitful about the process of the transactionAs for her new sales representative Matt, he has been sat down with management and reprimanded for the conversation that he had with the customerIn regards to deformation of previous employees and prior transactions that have taken placeThe customer since has brought the vehicle back without a battery and has signed a voluntary repossession orderDue to that we can no longer pursue and legal action to collect any of the remainder balance that the customer owesWe have to take that as a loss for the companyWe would like to have this complaint compromised because we have done all steps necessary in order to explain to the customer the contract that she signed was binding and she knew up front what the deficiency balance she had was rolling over into the new accountIf you need any other information from me please feel free to contact me directly Thank you, -- *** *** General Manager Tiger Autoplex 254-***
