Tiger Express has taken care of the damage my truck

Tiger Express Wash understands the customer's frustration and disappointment; however, Tiger Express truly believes that the equipment in the car wash tunnel did not cause the damage on the vehicle

I am rejecting this response because: 1) The employees knew there had been an accident, it caused the car wash to be shut down!, yet did not mention that insurance information needed to be exchanged until the other party had leftIt is not reasonable to assume that a customer would know (or accept) that while your vehicle is being controlled by the car wash, a person in another vehicle is responsible for damage.2) The claim that cars are always feet apart is not trueIn this particular case when the car was restarted I doubt there was feetI have been through other times where the cars are very close, much closer than feet.3) They claim the other vehicle must have applied the brakes yet I saw no evidence of brake lights at any time through the washAfter the initial collision and restartI had to repeatedly apply the brakes to avoid further collisionsDuring this time, no brake lights were on from the vehicle in front of me.4) A fact that may or may not be relatedThe manager of this car wash is unbelievably rude, It's amazing he has a position managing anything that involves customer serviceI do not trust a word he says

Dear Revdex.com and Mr. Mclallen, Tiger Express Wash understand the customer's satisfaction and we sympathize with how you feel and the situation you are in.  Because there was moderate to severe wear and tar to the bumper of the vehicle prior to going through our car wash.  Tiger Express does...

not feel like it is liable for the damages to the customer's vehicle.  We washed numerous other vehicles at the same facility on the same day, everyday after the incident, and have not come across this problem with any other vehicle.  We are very sorry that you had a poor experience with Tiger Express but we do not feel liable for the damage.  In addition to this, we have a policy in place that we are responsible for vehicles up to five years old.   The policy is spelled out specifically on site via a metal sign, before entering the car wash in order for customers to be able to view it.   Sincerely, Tiger Express Wash

The owner of Tiger Express Wash, Mr. [redacted], met with Ms. [redacted] on Saturday October 28th 20107. Mr. [redacted] explained to her that our equipment did not damage her 2013 Nissan Altima. Mr. [redacted] explained to her that a previous owner, not the Dealership, used a wax of some sort and our chemicals...

simply washed the wax off when she visited out location revealing the scratches. Mr. [redacted] has offered to polish and wax her vehicle so this does not occur again but she has refused to let us touch her vehicle. At this point Ms. [redacted] refuses to talk to us, so we have informed our lawyer on this situation and he ([redacted]) has been trying to contact her without any response. Thank you.

have our chain set over 7 feet apart so an accident can’t happen. Tiger Express does not feel like it is liable for the damages to customer's vehicle because we can’t control who hits the gas or brakes as they go through the wash. In addition to that we have a large lighted sign showing the instructions at the beginning of the wash.  We washed numerous other vehicles at the same facility on the same day, everyday after the incident, and have not come across this problem with any other vehicle.  We are very sorry that you had a poor experience with Tiger Express but we do not feel liable for the damage.  In addition to this, we tell all customers involved to exchange insurance information with each other since we are not liable for accidents like this one above.   Sincerely, Tiger Express Wash.
