Tiger Home & Building Inspections Reviews (%countItem)
I used Tiger to perform a condo inspection in Frisco, CO. Tiger failed to adequately inspect evidence of a leak in bathroom which permeated the subflooring that will cost over $5,000 in repairs after closing. During the inspection, they simply overlook evidence of damage and do not adequately inspect to see the impact of the damage. In buying a condo, I put my faith into a company that provides very poor quality inspections. In addition, Tiger also missed a damaged facet in the laundry room that also required repair. The impact was cost to me as a consumer after I spent money buying an inspection from a company that states they are qualified to perform the appropriate work and resulted in missed repairs costing me additional money after closing.
Extremely disappointed with my experience using this Business No doubt quick to do the home inspection after calling and making appointment & quick to receive the inspection report. However having questions about my report left me with nobody calling back. No mention in the report about home not having CO2 detectors and numerous other omissions. Financially a big rip off and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Buying real estate is and can be a timely affair during the contract process and not having anyone available for answers was not acceptable.

My apologies that someone did not call you back! This is on me, I did receive your message and I called the inspector and asked him to call you, which he said he would. The inspector, Tripp, is off through Mondayand traveling.
I should have followed up by confirming he did call you.
I cannot speak to the inspection report. I need Tripp to discuss this with you.
Tiger Inspection (Fred) was hired by our buyer to complete an inspection. While there they drained our well dry, damaged our plumbing and essentially made the house uninhabitable for our renters. They also refused to share in the cost of repairs which is estimated at $1000. I would not recommend them to anyone.
