This is one of the worst home inspection company you can find. They pay no attention to detail and are very lackadaisical when it comes to inspection. The inspector gave a furnace a "functional as intended" when actually the furnace leaks C02. They said AC was functional but when occupied the first day AC didn't work. I would not recommend them
Review: Home inspection completed on September 18, 2012 by said company which during that inspection my husband specifically asked if the roof was a proper grade for the newly installed architectural shingles in which inspector responded yes, absolutely. However, after we moved in we discovered water leaks coming in from various places. I called the inspector on Feb 2013 to report the issue and he did come out with the owner, however they did not inform me of their planned site visit so I was not there to speak to the owner. I had a very reputable roofer come out to assess the situation and they agreed the grade of the roof was not adequate for shingles but should be a flat membrane roof. I forwarded the reports and cover letter on Feb. 27th, 2013 to the inspector and he stated the owner would be in touch. I have still not received any response. I also reported that the inspector failed to notice that the bathroom vent does not vent to the exterior of the home but actually vents into the attic. Again no response as of this day and have left voice mail with the owner. These two issue in my opinion as well as the other roofer who came out to do the second inspection agreed that these two issues were very obvious and should not have been missed. To repair the roof [redacted] cost 6,000. dollars.

I would like the refund of $575.00 which was the cost of the inspection as they failed to discover 2 very obvious issues.
