I ordered a battery for a power wheel school bus and the battery cover on June 9thI finally heard from them when I called them after getting no reply by email on June 16thThe cover was unavailable so they were wondering if I still wanted the batteryI said yes and just received it on June 23rd, days laterdays shipping - a joke

This gentleman is extremely knowledgeable of your products and really helped me in my purchasing decision. I want you to be aware that I do not need any of this equipment, not once did I ever have to take out my credit card and purchase anything (tax write off or not), but you have such great tech gear, very specialized in fact that I just had to get a couple of Ducky keyboards and accessories for myself.
