On Friday April the 24th in the afternoon the customer came in to the store and expressed he wanted to exchange a pair of martial arts shoes he had purchased the evening beforeAs the shoes were going to be a gift for his wife she had not been
present at purchasing time and the customer unfortunately bought the shoes a size too bigStore policy is no refunds and exchanges require manager approval, -this is outlined on the receiptsThe manager was not present when the customer came in and we let the customer know that he was welcome to come back later when the manager would be in the store to speak to himWe did not have the size the customer requested in that particular brand in stock at the time and we informed the customer of this and offered to order a pair that would be suitableThe customer was aggressive upon arrival and would only accept a refund, he therefore was not pleased with the solutions we offered himWe informed the customer again and again that we did not have the shoe he requested in stock and we offered to order it for himThe customer was acting hostile and didn't want to accept any of the solutions we offered himAt this point, due to the hostility and anger expressed by the customer we handed him his product and asked him to leave(Our resolution is we have ordered the shoes in the customers requested size)
