This is unacceptableThey were advised by *** ***, that both myself (his Mother) as well as *** would be filing complaints*** has also explained that I am the one who makes the payments on the loan and he gave them permission to speak and deal with meThe papers they sent me have been in conflict, We received letters saying *** was owed, which we paidThan we received Letters saying only December was owedNow we are receiving letters saying we owe *** As you may have deduced by now, Tech does not even know the amount owed...Please also find attached the loan and savings print out, that they sent usOn their won print out it shows Nov3rd payment of *** leaving a balance of *** and the *** Decpayment on DecBut missing is *** from the *** Check I sent for Decand NovpaymentsPlease see enclosed canceled checksAs you can see by the paperwork sent by Tech, they have no idea what is going on with this loanAvoiding answering for their incompetence, by trying to say a third party is filing complaint, is not an excuse and they know I have ***'s permission to discuss this loan, as I am the one paying for the loanThey have been told by *** to speak to me since I am the one handling itThey can try to skirt the issue, but as you can clearly see, Tech has no idea what is occurring with this loanWe need help in getting the confusion that Tech has, straightened outWe make the payments every month, most of the time As you can clearly see on the loan print out Nov has a loan credit of *** and Dechas *** creditThere is missing the difference of *** from the *** checkPlease find enclosed evidence to support our complaintAlso, it should be noted, they have been speaking with *** also

Ms*** has also been in contact with our regulator and insurer the Department of Financial Institutions for the state of Indiana (DFI) and the National Credit Union Administrations (NCUA)Please find our response to the DFI enclosedWe did not enclose copies of the statements, histories nor the receipt signed by Ms*** because these were submitted to the DFI and NCUA previouslyAll show that the $ *** check in question was deposited to savings and subsequently withdrawn by Ms*** after partial payment had been made to the loan

On 7/27/consumer spoke with the Card Center Customer Service DeptShe indicated that she did not approve charges from
ExperianShe was advised by the Card Center Customer Service representative to contact Experian at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX for the refund, if Experian would not issue a refund, she was advised to contact the Card Center Customer Service at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX to initiate a disputeThere is no indication that the consumer requested the account to be closedNor was there any further contact made by the consumer
In order for this to be resolved, the consumer must contact the merchant (Experian) at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX to credit the chargesIf unable to resolve through the merchant, the consumer should complete a dispute through our Card Center Customer Service Deptat X-XXX-XXX-XXXX

I called Experian and they gave me the run around telling me to call the credit card companyI called them again, told them to close the account and the cardI expect this card to be closed immediately and I am not paying these feesI want my full refund of all charges incurredSeems that just for a credit card there sure is a lot of issues with itI'll make sure I reach out to my attorney
