To whom it may concern: This is in response to ID- The customer Wendy L *** registered her son for classes on May We give each family a choice of two membership options Ms *** chose our one year programWe also offer the opportunity to register early
and for go any free classes for a discount on our programBy forgoing the free classes Ms *** saved $on our programOur memberships have in writing right above where our customers sign that this membership is a contractOur memberships are designed this way because the benefits of focus, discipline, respect and confidence are not taught in a short amount of time. I had one conversation with Ms *** regarding her sons membershipShe stated that the child no longer wanted to come to classesHowever, our organization will not cancel memberships simply because a child does not want to attend classOur cancellation policy is a relocation of medical noticeOur memberships are similar to types of gym memberships, if the customer choses not to come then that is the customers choice but they are still financially obligatedMs ***’s religious beliefs never came up at any time that she or her son where in our facilitiesBowing to both the American and Korean flag is a sign of respect similar to putting your hand over your heart when we say the pledge of allegianceOur most senior instructor has the title Master because he is a Master in our martial artAccording, to our attendance report Ms ***’s son attended classes for months before she stopped bring her him to classesIf Ms *** truly had a concern about her religious beliefs why is it only being brought up now and not months agoBowing and the term Master are used from day one in our school. Ms ***'s choice to remove her son from classes does not relive her of any financial obligationsWe tried to contact Ms *** many times when we stopped seeing her son in classes with no response. Many children are able to truly benefit from our programI am sorry Ms *** chose to remove her son form classesPlease let me know if there are any questions and I have attached supporting documents. Thank you, Jessica ***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: No, we did not attend six months as the business claimed We also did convey our concerns to the school in response to a phone call when my son missed class because he felt uncomfortable This company will continue to fast talk parents, and have zero concern if a child is happy there It’s all about the money On one occasion, Miss *** even made a comment jokingly, that because my son chewed up and wrinkled his attendance card, that she was going to “throw him under the bus.” Very unprofessional
Regards,
Wendy ***
