This is unacceptable. They were advised by [redacted], that both myself (his Mother) as well as [redacted] would be filing complaints. [redacted] has also explained that I am the one who makes the payments on the loan and he gave them permission to speak and deal with me. The papers they sent me have been in conflict, We received letters saying [redacted] was owed, which we paid. Than we received Letters saying only December was owed. Now we are receiving letters saying we owe [redacted] As you may have deduced by now, Tech does not even know the amount owed...Please also find attached the loan and savings print out, that they sent us. On their won print out it shows Nov. 3rd payment of [redacted] leaving a balance of [redacted] and the [redacted] Dec. payment on Dec. 22. But missing is [redacted] from the [redacted] Check I sent for Dec. and Nov. payments. Please see enclosed canceled checks. As you can see by the paperwork sent by Tech, they have no idea what is going on with this loan. Avoiding answering for their incompetence, by trying to say a third party is filing complaint, is not an excuse and they know I have [redacted]'s permission to discuss this loan, as I am the one paying for the loan. They have been told by [redacted] to speak to me since I am the one handling it. They can try to skirt the issue, but as you can clearly see, Tech has no idea what is occurring with this loan. We need help in getting the confusion that Tech has, straightened out. We make the payments every month, most of the time As you can clearly see on the loan print out Nov 23 has a loan credit of [redacted] and Dec. has [redacted] credit. There is missing the difference of [redacted] from the [redacted] check. Please find enclosed evidence to support our complaint. Also, it should be noted, they have been speaking with [redacted] also.

Ms. [redacted] has also been in contact with our regulator and insurer the Department of Financial Institutions for the state of Indiana (DFI) and the National Credit Union Administrations (NCUA). Please find our response to the DFI enclosed. We did not enclose copies of the statements, histories nor the receipt signed by Ms. [redacted] because these were submitted to the DFI and NCUA previously. All show that the $ [redacted] check in question was deposited to savings and subsequently withdrawn by Ms. [redacted] after partial payment had been made to the loan.
