Dear: *** I am truly sorry for the unpleasant experience that you had with our moving companyThis is the first time I am hearing about the damages and the movers being unprofessionalI will get to the bottom of this situation, and will make shore it will be
dealt with properly. With the damage to the furniture I would need pictures of the furniture pies and then the damaged areaOnce I receive that I will file a claim with our insurance company. I would also like to know if there is anything we can do as a compensation for any wrong doing

***The estimate was calculated for that furniture on the day of the move they were additional furniture as well as boxes that also had to be moved which are not in the inventory that was emailed to usAlso when a reservation was made I mentioned that all the furniture would need to be wrapped and packaged before we can transport and I recall you saying last time they didn't do that, and I explained that in order for us to move it we would have to do itAlso on the day of the move you had some marble that needed special care which was not mentioned in the inventory. Again I would like to apologize and see if we can come to a fair agreement to settle thisI do see that you are requesting a settlement of $i am sorry to say but that amount is a bit to much for us to settleI am willing to settle this for $please let me know if this amount will work for you

I am rejecting this response because Tiger Movers was supposed to properly pack these lamps and did not.  Since Tigers Movers did not properly pack the lamps, they are broken and should be paid for by Tiger Movers.  It should be Tiger's Movers responsibility to reimburse for the damages.  Not only was this a horrible moving experience, but I also have broken lamps as well.  Tiger Movers should no longer be allowed to be in business as this company is unprofessional and have no knowledge of how to properly pack items without damage to them and without the truck breaking down.

As I have emailed you yesterday asking you if we can come to a resolution without going any further. As I understand and see you prefer to go further. I am sorry but that is correct the movers didn't not arrive until 3pm for your move. The reason they came that late is the day before we like...

to confirm the job by phone. When there was no response of a confirmation. You will automatically be taken off the calendar. In your case that's exactly what happened. When you called on your moving date and asked where were the movers, I said your not on the calendar and that was why. I still tried to get a crew out to you and still gave a discount of $50 that same day. We have done the best we could under the circumstances, and don't believe this complaint should be held against us.

that was missing. He also asked you to email him the pictures of the refrigerator as well as a written explanation so it can be presented to me directly. We didn’t hear from you since that conversation. The amount you are requesting is a fair amount. The only request I would ask of is all the negative reviews that were posted online be removed or updated that Tiger Movers did resolve your problem. insurance company to process it quicker. If you have any additional questions you are more than welcome to contact me.

Yes this would be correct but when a client refuses to pay the additional cost to package them properly. They waive any insurance claims for those items.
