I am very sorry to hear of this problem with the ***'s A/CHowever, I installed this system as a favor to a friendWho is the uncle to one the clientsI informed their uncle I would not be servicing the system if there were any issues, as it was well outside my service area
The system has a year parts warranty, which is from the manufacturerAny warranty work does not have to be done by the installer. Any HVAC contractor could diagnose and get warranty coverage on the part through Nordyne, the manufacturer. The fact that the ***'s have had other HVAC companies out who have not found and or fixed the leak, is not my responsibilityI have informed the *** that I do not cover that area, but they keep insisting I do come to fix it, because other companies are not getting the job done rightAgain I apologize for the faulty part or parts, but unfortunately things do fail and or break
