We need this case reopenedThere has not been any resolution to dateTheir product continues to fail and they are not offering a satisfactory solutionIt is the same solution they offered the previous time their product, with a lifetime warranty failedIf everytime this happens we are expected to pay to have them replace their faulty product by the time all is said and done we could have bought another product from a different companyThe one of reasons we purchased this product was because of the lifetime warranty and we expect the company to a stand behind their warrantyWe are looking to you to help us get a satisfactory result and hopefully save someone else from this same hassle and frustrationThank you
